How do I create a QR code?
Open the Create tab, choose a type (URL, WiFi, vCard, and more), enter your details, and save. QR Studio can also auto-detect the type when you paste content.
What is a dynamic code?
A dynamic code lets you change its destination after it is printed, and it records scan analytics. Turn a URL code dynamic from the code's detail screen. Dynamic codes are a Pro feature.
Why is my scan analytics empty?
Analytics only fill in for dynamic codes after they are scanned through the QR Studio redirector. A brand new code, or a static code, will show no data until it has been scanned.
How do I restore a purchase or manage my subscription?
Subscriptions are billed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. Use "Restore Purchases" in Settings, and manage or cancel from your platform's subscription settings.
How do I export or print a code?
Open a saved code and choose Export. You can export PNG, and on Pro, SVG and print-ready PDF with bleed and crop marks.
How do I delete my account or data?
Go to Settings and choose to delete your account. This removes all of your codes, folders, and analytics within 30 days. See our Privacy Policy for details.
